So has anyone seen Rose & Bernard since the attack on the beach earlier this season? Are we to assume they died in the attack? And shouldn't it have been a bigger deal than that, these people had back stories. I care about what happens to them. Maybe I'm the only one, but Lost really left Rose and Bernard fans out to dry. If anyone knows the answers to these questions please let me know.

for me, rose has had a pivotal role in this series from the very first few moments of the pilot, when the losties first experience the smoke monster. you can clearly hear rose say that the noise "sounds familiar." someday they MUST make that make sense.
